Agora Fitness offers spinning and Pilates. These group fitness classes are conducted by certified professionals and designed to help you reach your fitness goals without the risk of injury.

Group spinning

Agora Fitness offers group spinning. These 60-minute classes are designed to maximize your training, improve cardio endurance and physical strength, and help you shed some pounds. Spinning is a high-intensity and low-impact workout that involves lower limb muscles.

TUESDAY 12 noon with Michel

WEDNESDAY 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm with Guy

FRIDAY 10 am with Michel

Group Pilates

Pilates is practiced on a mat, with or without accessories. It promotes strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, and increased range of motion for the joints. It trains the body as an integrated whole, focusing on core, lower body, and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture.
